Overview
At the northern edge of Tokyo-Hamamatsucho, Onarimon Station is a single-line subway stop close to Tokyo Tower, Zojoji Temple, Shiba Park, and offices around Onarimon. It is also the nearest station to Shiba Park Hotel.
Its role is simple. Onarimon is convenient when your plans follow the Mita Line or focus on northern Shiba Park. When they don't, nearby Daimon Station and Hamamatsucho Station provide a wider choice of routes.
Lines and connections
Onarimon is I06 on the Toei Mita Line, between Shibakoen and Uchisaiwaicho. Northbound trains continue through Hibiya, Otemachi, Jimbocho, and Suidobashi, providing direct rides to business districts and several central Tokyo sights.
Southbound trains serve Mita and Meguro. Because Onarimon has no second subway line or JR platforms, trips beyond the Mita Line corridor usually require a transfer or a walk to another station.
Airport access
Onarimon has no direct airport train. For Haneda Airport, Hamamatsucho offers direct Tokyo Monorail service, while selected Asakusa Line trains from Daimon continue onto the Keikyu airport network. Not every Daimon departure serves Haneda, so check the train's destination before boarding.
Reaching Narita also requires a transfer or departure from another station. Plan around your airport terminal and departure time rather than treating Onarimon as an airport stop.
Station area
Exit A2 is the most convenient exit for Shiba Park Hotel, about two minutes away. Nearby streets combine offices and public facilities, including Minato Library and Minato City offices, before opening into the greenery of Shiba Park.
It feels calmer than a large rail hub. The tradeoff is a narrower choice of trains and fewer station facilities than at Hamamatsucho.

Tokyo Tower is about six minutes from Onarimon, with Zojoji Temple and Shiba Park in the same general direction. Together, they form a compact walk through one of central Tokyo's best-known landmark areas.
Good to know
Onarimon, Daimon, and Hamamatsucho serve the same broader district, but they aren't interchangeable. Onarimon is the stop for the Mita Line and northern Shiba Park. Daimon adds the Asakusa and Oedo lines, while Hamamatsucho serves JR trains and the Tokyo Monorail.
