What this station is useful for

Overview

Toyosu Station is the transfer point between subway services from central Tokyo and the Yurikamome waterfront line. It serves Tokyo-Toyosu, including LaLaport, Toyosu Park, and hotels around the main shopping district.

The fish market isn't beside the station. For Toyosu Market, continue two stops on the Yurikamome to Shijo-mae.

Lines and connections

On the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line, Toyosu is Y22. Westbound trains run directly through Ginza-itchome and Yurakucho before continuing toward Ichigaya and Ikebukuro. Eastbound services reach Shin-kiba, where connections to JR and the Rinkai Line provide further routes across eastern Tokyo and the bay area.

Toyosu is also U16 and the terminus of the Yurikamome. Shin-toyosu and Shijo-mae are the first two stops, followed by services through Ariake and Odaiba toward Shiodome and Shimbashi. This is the line for the fish market and many waterfront attractions.

Airport access

Airport limousine buses use a street-level stop beside the hotel entrance near Toyosu Station. Services and journey times vary with the timetable and road traffic, so check the airport, terminal, and boarding point before traveling.

Station area

LaLaport Toyosu, KidZania Tokyo, Toyosu Park, and the waterfront promenade are west of the station. Mitsui Garden Hotel Toyosu PREMIER connects directly to Exit 2b, avoiding an outdoor walk between the subway and hotel.

The Tokyo Metro and Yurikamome platforms occupy separate parts of the interchange. Follow the operator signs when transferring, particularly if you're carrying luggage or need to make a timed connection.

What's nearby

LaLaport is the area's main shopping and dining destination, with the park and promenade immediately beyond it. The wider waterfront also has boat services, recreation areas, and broad views across Tokyo Bay.

For teamLab Planets, take the Yurikamome to Shin-toyosu. Continue to Shijo-mae for Toyosu Market and Senkyaku Banrai.

Good to know

The district and market share the Toyosu name, but they don't share a station. Toyosu Station is the better stop for LaLaport, the park, and the main hotel cluster; use Shijo-mae for the market.
