The view is part of the decision. Panorama View rooms face the bay or city, while Garden View rooms overlook the internal courtyard rather than the wider skyline. Check the exact room name and floor plan before paying more for categories that may sound similar.
Facilities
The guest-only public bath on the 36th floor has indoor and open-air bathing areas. Use is free for hotel guests, with current hours from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Guests need to bring towels from their rooms.
Coin-operated laundries on the 33rd, 34th, and 35th floors are available around the clock. All guest rooms are non-smoking, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Dining

Location and transport
Toyosu Station serves the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line and the Yurikamome. Direct Yurakucho Line trains run to Ginza-itchome and Yurakucho. For Shin-toyosu, Toyosu Market at Shijo-mae, Ariake, Tokyo Big Sight, and Odaiba, the Yurikamome is the more convenient route.
LaLaport Toyosu is about one minute away on foot, while KidZania Tokyo is about five minutes away. Toyosu Market is considerably farther on foot, so taking the Yurikamome to Shijo-mae is usually simpler.
Airport access
Airport limousine buses stop by the hotel entrance. Published hotel estimates put the journey at about 20 minutes from Haneda Airport and 70 minutes from Narita Airport, although road traffic, airport terminal order, and the live schedule can lengthen either trip.
Rail is another option, but neither airport has a direct train to Toyosu Station. Compare the current bus timetable with transfer-based rail routes, particularly for an early departure.
Why stay here
A direct subway connection, high-floor rooms, and the 36th-floor bath add more to the stay than bay-side convenience alone. The Yurakucho Line connects Toyosu with Ginza, while the Yurikamome provides access to Toyosu Market, teamLab Planets, Ariake, and Odaiba.
LaLaport brings shopping and family activities close to the hotel, and Toyosu Park and the promenade provide an easy waterside walk. There's less late-night street life than in Shinjuku or Shibuya, but evenings by the bay are quieter.

Garden View rooms don't overlook Tokyo Bay or the city, so check the category carefully if the view is central to your booking. The hotel has no parking lot and directs drivers to nearby paid options. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and checkout is by 11:00 AM.
