Overview
The market is why most visitors stop here. Shijo-mae Station is U14 on the Yurikamome in Tokyo-Toyosu, with Toyosu Market, Senkyaku Banrai, and La Vista Tokyo Bay close at hand.
This is a focused waterfront stop, not a major interchange. Reaching central Tokyo often means continuing by Yurikamome and changing trains elsewhere.
Lines and connections
The Yurikamome is the only line serving Shijo-mae. Toyosu Station is two stops away, where passengers can change to the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line for Yurakucho, Ginza-itchome, and Ikebukuro.
In the other direction, trains cross Ariake and Odaiba. Tokyo Big Sight has its own stop, and the line continues through Shiodome to Shimbashi. This route supports waterfront sightseeing and event trips without returning to Toyosu first.
Airport access
Direct Keisei buses to Haneda and Narita airports stop at Michino Terrace Toyosu, the La Vista complex beside the station. Departures are limited, particularly on the Narita route, so check the current timetable before planning a flight connection around the bus.
When the timing doesn't work, airport journeys require transfers through the wider Tokyo rail network. Allow extra time if you're carrying luggage.
Station area
A pedestrian deck connects the station to La Vista Tokyo Bay in about one minute. Elevators run between street, gate, and platform levels, while coin lockers and free Wi-Fi provide a little extra convenience.
Large market and waterfront buildings define the modern, spread-out surroundings. The district becomes much quieter after the market-facing attractions close.

Toyosu Market is about three minutes away on foot, with observation corridors, the tuna-auction viewing area, restaurants, and specialist food shops. Market activity begins early. Closure days matter.
Senkyaku Banrai is about four minutes from the station, adding seafood restaurants, shops, public footbaths, and a waterfront setting. La Vista Tokyo Bay is the closest hotel anchor and has a direct deck connection.
Good to know
Shijo-mae and Toyosu Station aren't interchangeable. Use Shijo-mae for Toyosu Market, Senkyaku Banrai, and La Vista Tokyo Bay; Toyosu Station is the stop for LaLaport, Toyosu Park, and direct access to the Yurakucho subway.
