Overview
Tokyo Bay and Hama-rikyu Gardens fill the view from Conrad Tokyo's upper floors. Occupying floors 28 through 37 of the Tokyo Shiodome Building, the hotel is about one minute from Shiodome Station and seven minutes from Shimbashi Station.
This is a full-service luxury stay in Tokyo-Shimbashi / Shiodome, with spacious rooms, several restaurants, a spa, and an indoor pool. Ginza is within walking distance, while Shimbashi adds JR and two subway lines beyond the Oedo Line and Yurikamome at the nearest station.
Rooms
Standard rooms measure 48 square meters and have three-meter ceilings, giving couples and solo guests considerably more space than a compact central Tokyo room. The main decision is the outlook: city-view rooms face the surrounding skyline, while bay-view rooms look across Hama-rikyu Gardens toward Tokyo Bay.
Suites begin at 72 square meters and extend to the 226-square-meter Royal Suite. Executive rooms and selected suites include Executive Lounge access, with breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and private check-in. Lounge access depends on the booked category, not simply on staying on a high floor.
Facilities
Mizuki Spa & Fitness covers more than 1,400 square meters on the 29th floor. Its 25-meter indoor pool faces the city through tall windows, while the gym is open around the clock for hotel guests. Spa treatments and relaxation areas add genuine downtime between city plans.
The hotel also has meeting and event rooms, concierge service, room service, and contemporary Japanese art throughout its public areas. These facilities support a longer luxury stay or a trip combining business with time at the hotel.
Dining
Dining is concentrated around the 28th floor, ranging from Cerise's all-day menu to Japanese, Chinese, and modern French restaurants. TwentyEight is the main bar and lounge, with high windows overlooking the city.
Views matter as much as the menus. Kazahana faces Hama-rikyu Gardens and Tokyo Bay, while China Blue and the other upper-floor venues turn a meal or drink into part of the high-rise experience. Ginza and Shimbashi remain within walking distance when you'd prefer a less formal evening outside.
Location and transport
Shiodome is the nearest station, about one minute away on foot. The Toei Oedo Line provides direct trains for Roppongi, Aoyama, and Shinjuku, while the Yurikamome runs through Odaiba and Ariake to Toyosu. It's the shortest approach with luggage.
Shimbashi, about seven minutes away, broadens the options considerably. JR lines run through central Tokyo and south toward Yokohama, while Ginza Line trains connect directly with Ginza, Asakusa, and Shibuya. The Toei Asakusa Line connects with both airport rail networks.
Airport access
Selected Asakusa Line through-trains from Shimbashi continue directly to Haneda Airport on the Keikyu network. Suitable services take about 30 minutes, but not every departure serves the airport, so check the train's destination and airport terminal before boarding.
Selected Keisei Access Express departures provide a direct Narita option from Shimbashi. Other Narita journeys require a connection through a larger hub such as Tokyo, Nippori, or Ueno. The hotel's Haneda airport limousine service is currently suspended, so don't rely on a hotel-door bus without checking the latest access notice.
Why stay here
Standard rooms of 48 square meters, high-floor views, a 25-meter pool, and a one-minute walk to Shiodome Station provide more breathing room than a typical central Tokyo business hotel. Shimbashi's wider rail network remains close enough for JR trips and airport trains. The tradeoff is that Shinkansen departures still require a connection to Tokyo or Shinagawa.
The surrounding district supports several different kinds of day. Hama-rikyu Gardens offers an Edo-period landscape and tidal pond below the towers; Ginza brings department stores, galleries, and dining; and Tsukiji Outer Market is within walking distance for food shops and an early start.

The ground-floor entrance leads to reception and restaurants on the 28th floor. Mizuki Spa & Fitness is on the 29th floor, and guest rooms occupy floors 30 through 37, so check-in requires an elevator ride after entering.
Bay and city views vary by room category, and Executive Lounge benefits depend on the exact booking. Restaurant, spa, pool, and airport-service conditions can also change, so confirm the details that matter before choosing a rate.
