Overview
North-facing rooms at Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo look toward Tokyo Skytree. The hotel is three minutes from Kinshicho Station, with direct JR and Hanzomon Line connections from Tokyo-Kinshicho.
With 383 rooms across floors 7 through 23, this is a full-service hotel rather than a compact station stay. Restaurants, lounges, banquet space, and basement parking are all in the same building.
Rooms
The smallest rooms measure 17.3 to 18.9 square meters, including the Single, Double, Superior Double, and Casual Twin. Standard Twins are 28.5 square meters and can accommodate a third guest. This layout leaves noticeably more floor space for couples with larger bags or a small family.
Groups have two four-person layouts to consider: the 28.5-square-meter Fourth and the 36.2-square-meter Corner Fourth. Suites extend to 152 or 168 square meters. Direction matters in every category, since Tokyo Skytree is visible from the north-facing side rather than from every room.
Facilities
The lobby and lounge are on the first floor, while the main restaurants occupy the second floor. Restaurant Ren is on the top floor, combining Japanese and French dining with a bar and a direct view toward Tokyo Skytree.
Parking is available on basement levels B1 and B2. Spaces can't be reserved, a nightly charge applies, and vehicles taller than 2.2 meters can't enter.
Dining
Super Dining Verdure serves a breakfast buffet from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, with last entry at 9:30 AM. The selection spans Japanese and Western dishes, Chinese congee, and eggs cooked to order.
Verdure and the Chinese restaurant Chikuen are on the second floor. Restaurant Ren on the 24th floor is the more scenic choice for lunch, dinner, or drinks, though its individual dining areas follow separate schedules.
Location and transport
The hotel is a three-minute walk from JR Kinshicho Station's North Exit and Exit 3 of the Hanzomon Line. JR Sobu Rapid trains reach Tokyo Station in about eight minutes, local trains reach Akihabara in about six, and the Hanzomon Line runs one stop to Oshiage.
Tokyo Skytree Town is roughly 1.5 kilometers away. The walk usually takes 20 to 30 minutes, but the one-stop subway ride is easier with children, luggage, or poor weather. Kinshi Park, Arcakit, Olinas, and Sumida Triphony Hall are all on the hotel's side of the tracks.
Airport access
Direct limousine buses connect the hotel entrance with both Haneda and Narita airports, avoiding a rail transfer when you're carrying luggage. Seats require reservations. Published estimates are about 60 minutes for Haneda and 120 minutes for Narita, although road traffic and the day's schedule can change those times.
If the Narita bus schedule doesn't work, some JR Sobu Rapid trains continue directly from Kinshicho to Narita Airport in about 85 minutes. This avoids a transfer, but only when the timetable lines up.
Why stay here
The room range is unusually broad for a hotel near a Tokyo commuter station. Solo travelers can choose a smaller layout, while the Fourth and Corner Fourth rooms allow a family or group of four to stay together instead of splitting across two rooms.
Kinshicho also keeps other parts of the day simple. Tokyo and Akihabara are quick JR trips, Oshiage is one subway stop away, and the neighborhood's north side places a large park and everyday shopping close to the hotel.
Good to know
A Tokyo Skytree view isn't automatic. Select a north-facing room or a plan that explicitly guarantees the view rather than relying on a general room-category name.
The complimentary Tokyo Disney Resort shuttle is limited to hotel guests, has limited seating, and requires a completed reservation. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and checkout is at 11:00 AM.
