Overview
Royal Park Hotel connects directly to Suitengumae Station and, via an indoor walkway, to the adjacent Tokyo City Air Terminal, known as T-CAT. From this corner of Tokyo-Nihonbashi, guests can reach the subway or airport buses without a long outdoor approach.
This is a full-service stay rather than a compact hotel with little beyond the lobby. Standard and executive floors, several restaurants, a top-floor lounge, a spa, and extensive meeting facilities give guests plenty of reasons to spend time inside.
Rooms
Standard rooms range from a 23-square-meter single to 26-square-meter double, twin, and accessible rooms. Deluxe doubles and twins measure 34 or 42 square meters, while the 42-square-meter triple adds an extra bed for a third guest.
Executive rooms occupy the 15th through 18th floors and follow the same range of 23, 26, 34, and 42 square meters, with lounge benefits added. Suites provide considerably more space: the Tower Suite measures 72 square meters, while the Royal Suite reaches 189 square meters. Compare the floor, bed setup, and included benefits rather than assuming every higher-floor room is larger.
Facilities
The 20th-floor Executive Lounge is reserved for guests in suites and executive-floor rooms. Benefits include breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, concierge assistance, and lounge check-in and checkout. Standard-floor bookings don't include them.
The guest gym is open around the clock. Use is free for suite and executive-floor guests, while standard-floor guests pay a separate fee. Royal Park Spa by L'Occitane Tokyo provides bookable treatments, and the hotel also has substantial meeting and event space.
Dining
Chef's Dining Symphony serves the main breakfast buffet, followed by lunch and dinner. Teppanyaki is available on the 20th floor, while other restaurants specialize in Japanese, Chinese, or sushi. The lobby level holds the lounge, main bar, and bakery. There's enough variety for more than one meal without leaving the building.
Breakfast at Symphony runs from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, with final entry at 9:30 AM. Executive Lounge breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM for eligible rooms. Check the booked rate, since breakfast and lounge access aren't included with every plan.
Location and transport
Suitengumae Station provides the direct subway connection. Westbound Hanzomon Line trains serve Otemachi before continuing toward Kudanshita, Aoyama-itchome, and Shibuya. Eastbound services run toward Kiyosumi-shirakawa, Kinshicho, and Oshiage.
Ningyocho Station adds the Hibiya and Toei Asakusa lines. The Hibiya Line entrance is about five minutes away, while the Toei Asakusa Line entrance is about eight minutes from the hotel. From Ningyocho, direct subway routes run toward Ginza, Roppongi, Akihabara, and Ueno, along with selected through services on the airport rail networks.
Airport access
T-CAT is next to the hotel, and a second-floor walkway joins the two buildings. Airport limousine buses serve Haneda and Narita, with published standard journey times of about 25 and 55 minutes respectively. Traffic can extend either trip, so the live timetable matters more than the headline time.
That matters when you're carrying luggage. Buses depart from T-CAT rather than the hotel entrance, but the walkway removes the need to cross the street. Rail alternatives are available through Ningyocho, although the train and transfer pattern depends on the departure.
Why stay here
The walkway to T-CAT and direct Hanzomon Line connection simplify two potentially awkward parts of a Tokyo visit: airport transfers and daily subway travel. Royal Park Hotel also has broader room choices, more dining, and more on-site service than a compact business hotel.
Ningyocho's older streets begin nearby. Amazake Yokocho, Suitengu Shrine, traditional food shops, and Meijiza Theater create a different atmosphere from the department stores and office blocks farther west in Nihonbashi.
Good to know
The direct subway connection is to Suitengumae, not Ningyocho. Ningyocho remains close, but reaching the Hibiya and Toei Asakusa line entrances requires an outdoor walk of roughly five or eight minutes.
Early check-in before 3:00 PM and late checkout are subject to availability and fees. Overnight hotel parking is available for a published fee, with a vehicle-height limit of 2.3 meters. Airport-bus schedules, restaurant hours, and facility charges can change, so recheck the details tied to your booking.
