Overview
Direct access to the Hanzomon Line distinguishes Lotte City Hotel Kinshicho from most hotels in the district. JR Kinshicho Station is about one minute away on foot, so both subway and JR arrivals require little street-level walking.
The hotel's 189 guest rooms occupy floors 8 to 19, with views toward either Tokyo Skytree or the railway in selected categories. On the north side of Tokyo-Kinshicho, it is also close to Kinshi Park and the shopping complexes around the station.
Rooms
Rooms are divided between Skytree-facing and train-facing sides. Standard categories range from 17.8 to 25.5 square meters, while larger Deluxe rooms measure 35.6 to 47.6 square meters and accommodate up to five guests in selected layouts. At 51.5 square meters, the Towers Junior Suite is the largest option.
There is more to compare than floor area. Premium rooms occupy floors 16, 18, and 19 and include lounge privileges, while the Ladies rooms on the 17th floor are behind a women-only security door. Character rooms and a universal-design room provide further choices, but the view, occupancy, and included benefits depend on the exact category.
Facilities
Guests can use the gym in the building at no charge after collecting an admission pass from reception. The seventh-floor laundry room also has an ice maker and microwave, a convenient combination for longer stays. Advance reservations are required for parking, and vehicle-size restrictions apply.
The fourth-floor Premium Lounge is available only with eligible Deluxe, Premium, and Junior Suite bookings. Soft drinks are served throughout the day, with Lotte sweets and alcoholic drinks available at set times. Lounge access doesn't come with every high-floor room.
Dining
Charlotte, on the fourth floor, serves a Japanese and Western breakfast buffet. Lotte's confectionery identity appears in choices such as Koala's March pancakes and a Ghana chocolate drink, served alongside hot dishes and items made with local ingredients.
Breakfast is the main in-house meal to plan around. Charlotte also serves lunch on some days, although temporary closures occur, and there is no room service. For a wider choice at lunch or dinner, look to the restaurants around the station.
Location and transport
The hotel connects directly to Kinshicho Station on the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line, while the separate JR entrance is about one minute away. The Hanzomon Line reaches Oshiage in about two minutes and continues west toward Otemachi and Shibuya.
JR Sobu rapid trains run directly to Tokyo Station, while local services connect with Akihabara. This combination is convenient for trips divided between eastern and central Tokyo, though Kinshicho is not a major long-distance rail hub.
Airport access
Some JR rapid trains travel directly from Narita Airport to Kinshicho in about 70 minutes, followed by the short walk from the station. Another route uses the Keisei Access Express to Oshiage and then the Hanzomon Line, which leads to the hotel's direct station connection. Check the current departure before depending on a through JR service.
From Haneda Airport, buses reach the south side of Kinshicho Station in roughly 40 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic. Rail journeys require transfers. There is no door-front airport stop at the hotel, but the final walk from the station is short.
Why stay here
Direct subway access, a one-minute walk from JR, and room sizes ranging from compact to spacious remove much of the friction from an eastern Tokyo arrival. Upper-floor and Skytree-facing categories add a view that many hotels near stations cannot match.
Kinshi Park, shopping, cinemas, and everyday dining are concentrated around the station. Oshiage and Tokyo Skytree are one stop away on the Hanzomon Line, while direct or simple rail connections reach Tokyo Station, Akihabara, and central subway stops.
Good to know
