Overview
Twin rooms separate the bath, toilet, and washbasin. Keisei Richmond Hotel Tokyo Kinshicho is a five-minute walk from Kinshicho Station, with 175 non-smoking rooms ranging from 17-square-meter doubles to 29-square-meter corner twins.
The hotel is south of the tracks in Tokyo-Kinshicho, near PARCO, Termina, cinemas, and restaurants. JR trains cover quick trips to Tokyo and Akihabara, while the Hanzomon Line runs directly to Otemachi and Shibuya and reaches Oshiage in one stop.
Rooms
Moderate rooms measure 17 square meters, with one 150-centimeter-wide bed and a desk. The 20-square-meter Corner Superior has a 160-centimeter-wide bed and more floor space. Both use a combined bathroom.
The 26-square-meter Twin and 29-square-meter Corner Twin can take three guests by adding a third bed. Both keep the bath, toilet, and washbasin separate. A 26-square-meter Universal Twin is the accessible category and uses a combined bathroom. All rooms use Simmons beds.
Facilities
Coin laundry is on the seventh floor. The second floor has vending machines, ice, and a microwave, while the first floor has a currency-exchange machine. These shared facilities cover the basics for a longer stay without the extra services of a larger hotel.
Families can request children's amenities and a limited range of loan items, including cribs and bed guards. Availability is limited, so ask before arrival when a particular item matters.
Dining
The second-floor restaurant serves a buffet from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, with last orders at 9:30 AM. The buffet includes freshly baked croissants, local chanko hotpot, and a rotating selection of seasonal dishes.
For lunch and dinner, Kinshicho's south side has many restaurants within the blocks around the station.
Location and transport
JR Kinshicho Station's South Exit and Hanzomon Line Exits 1 and 2 are about five minutes away. From the JR exit, the route uses a pedestrian bridge before following the main road toward the hotel.
JR Sobu Rapid trains reach Tokyo Station in about eight minutes, and local trains reach Akihabara in about six. The Hanzomon Line runs one stop to Oshiage for Tokyo Skytree and continues directly to Otemachi and Shibuya.
Airport access
Reserved airport buses run between Narita Airport and Kinshicho Station, with a published journey time of roughly 60 minutes. The bus stops at the station rather than the hotel, so add the five-minute walk and allow extra time for road traffic.
Some JR Sobu Rapid trains continue directly to Narita Airport, but not every departure does. Haneda requires a transfer; one practical rail route changes at Shinagawa for the Keikyu Line.
Why stay here
For three adults or a family, start with the 26- or 29-square-meter twin rooms. They accept an extra bed, and the divided bathroom layout makes a shared room easier to use in the morning. Couples and solo travelers have smaller double rooms when floor space matters less.
PARCO, Termina, cinemas, and busy restaurant streets cluster around the walk between the hotel and station. Kinshi Park is north of the tracks, and Tokyo Skytree is one Hanzomon Line stop away at Oshiage.

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and checkout is at 11:00 AM. All guest rooms are non-smoking; smoking is limited to a designated space on the first floor.
There is no dedicated hotel parking, so drivers need to use nearby coin parking.
