Overview
Daimon Station is the shorter walk. HOTEL MYSTAYS Hamamatsucho is about two minutes from Exit A2, close to the Toei Asakusa and Oedo lines. Hamamatsucho Station is about five minutes away for JR trains and the Tokyo Monorail.
With 105 rooms and simple shared facilities, this is a compact stay shaped mainly by its transport connections. Haneda Airport, central Tokyo rail trips, Roppongi, Shiodome, and the Tokyo Tower side of the district are all accessible without having to navigate a large, complicated station at the start of each journey.
Rooms
Standard Double rooms measure 14 square meters. Standard Twin and Superior Queen rooms provide 16 square meters, while the 29-square-meter Deluxe Twin offers substantially more floor space. Several categories come in smoking and non-smoking versions, so check the room label carefully before booking.
Rooms have a desk and Wi-Fi, along with basic drink-making and cooling equipment. Bathrooms use a compact shower-and-tub setup. The standard categories are better suited to short stays and light luggage; if two guests are bringing larger cases, the Deluxe Twin is worth comparing.
Facilities
Free coffee, a microwave, an ice machine, and a vending machine cover simple drinks and food brought back to the hotel. Cleaning service, courier handling, in-room massage, and basic business support are available for a fee.
Parking is limited to one vehicle and requires a telephone reservation. An EV charger is available to overnight guests, with separate parking and charging fees. For most stays, arriving by rail or subway will be easier.
Location and transport
Daimon is the nearer station. The Asakusa Line crosses east-central Tokyo through Shimbashi and Ginza before continuing toward Asakusa and Oshiage. The Oedo Line provides a direct route to Shiodome, Roppongi, and Shinjuku. Together, the two lines are helpful when plans are spread across the city.
Hamamatsucho adds the JR Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku lines, as well as the Tokyo Monorail. JR trains connect easily with Tokyo and Shinagawa for Shinkansen services, although the hotel itself isn't beside a bullet-train station.
Airport access
For Haneda Airport, the most familiar option is the Tokyo Monorail from Hamamatsucho. The hotel publishes an 18-minute monorail journey plus the roughly five-minute walk to the station, before platform access and waiting time are taken into account.
Selected Airport Limited Express trains also run from Haneda through the Keikyu and Toei Asakusa lines to Daimon, followed by the two-minute walk from Exit A2. This avoids the walk between Daimon and Hamamatsucho, but check the timetable because not every airport train uses the same through-service pattern.
Why stay here
The short walk to Daimon and straightforward Haneda routes take some of the effort out of airport days, subway sightseeing, and work trips around central Tokyo. Compact standard rooms and limited leisure facilities are the tradeoff for those transport advantages.
The surrounding Tokyo-Hamamatsucho district adds Tokyo Tower, Zojoji Temple, historic gardens, and after-work dining. Waterfront piers and bay walks lie farther east, giving the area enough to fill a free morning or evening rather than serving only as an airport stop.
