Hyatt Centric Sapporo began accepting reservations on August 12, 2026, for stays from December 1 onward. The hotel is scheduled to open during fall 2026, but its exact opening date has not yet been announced.
The hotel will occupy the first floor and floors 17 through 26 of Urban Net Sapporo Link Tower. It will have 216 guest rooms, including nine suites, with all accommodations located between the 19th and 26th floors.
Every room will measure at least 36 square meters and include panoramic windows, a digital key, smart TV, free Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine, bathtub and rain shower. Categories range from 36-square-meter king, twin, view and accessible rooms to 43-square-meter deluxe rooms. Suites will range from 73 to 116 square meters.
The 19th-floor Centric Suite will include a terrace, while the Sapporo Suite will overlook the Former Hokkaido Government Office Building from the top floor. Other view rooms will face either the same building or distant mountains.
On the 17th floor, Matsu Grill & Bar will use a show kitchen to serve wood-grilled dishes. The same floor will contain a bar and a lounge with a fireplace. Mr. Fish by Hyatt Centric Sapporo, located on the first floor, will serve fish and chips with craft beer.
The 19th-floor fitness center will remain open 24 hours and include training machines, core fitness balls and yoga mats. The hotel’s design concept, “Explorer’s Residence,” incorporates motifs based on horse tack, stacked firewood, straw art and reclaimed timber.
Opening offers available for booking through October 31 include rates discounted by 15 percent, or 17 percent for World of Hyatt members. Separate packages provide breakfast at the room-only rate or a 3,000-yen hotel credit per room and stay. The listed stay period runs through December 31, 2026.
Hyatt Centric Sapporo is approximately ten minutes on foot from JR and subway Sapporo Station and six minutes from Odori Station. Both stations are connected to the hotel by underground walkways. The address is 1-4 Kita 1-jo Nishi 5-chome, Chuo Ward, Sapporo.
