Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay and Urayasu Brighton Hotel Tokyo Bay are beside the station. Hotel Emion Tokyo Bay and several other large hotels are farther into the district, so an address in the Shin-Urayasu Station Area doesn't necessarily mean a short walk to the trains. Check the hotel's location and shuttle arrangements before booking.

Connected directly to the JR station, Atre Shin-Urayasu is the quickest stop for food, cafes, and small purchases. Nearby MONA and Aeon provide a broader range of everyday shopping and dining. Together, the three centers are better for essentials than destination shopping.

Shin-Urayasu Station serves the JR Keiyo and Musashino lines. The resort's JR gateway is one stop west, about three minutes away. Faster direct services reach Tokyo Station in about 17 minutes, although journey times depend on the train.
Paid airport limousine buses serve stops around the station for Haneda and Narita airports. These scheduled coaches are separate from the free hotel-operated park shuttles, so confirm the current stop, fare, and timetable before relying on one for a flight.

For a Disney-focused stay, Shin-Urayasu balances station access, nearby shops, and free shuttles from participating hotels against the experience of staying inside the resort precinct. Groups also have broader room choices and an easy place to buy supplies between park days.
Direct Keiyo Line trains help with sightseeing in central Tokyo, but this location is less flexible than staying inside the Yamanote loop. Travelers who want evenings centered on neighborhood restaurants and nightlife may prefer central Tokyo.
