Overview
A covered pedestrian walkway connects Shin-Urayasu Station's north exit directly to Urayasu Brighton Hotel Tokyo Bay. The one-minute connection is paired with complimentary buses to Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, a benefit of the hotel's status as a Tokyo Disney Resort Partner Hotel.
The hotel is in the Shin-Urayasu Station Area, one JR stop from Maihama. It isn't inside Tokyo Disney Resort, but the park buses, rail connection, and nearby shopping centers provide several ways to organize a Disney-focused stay.
Rooms
Room choices cover couples, families, and larger groups. Neo Standard rooms measure 32 square metres and sleep up to four guests, while Room Forest and Room Danran provide larger layouts for the same maximum occupancy. The At Home Room accommodates up to six with a bunk bed, day bed, and central sitting area, while the Family Room sleeps groups of up to five.
Premium Doors rooms occupy the upper floors and are intended mainly for two guests. Several have a bath beside a window overlooking Tokyo Bay, while larger suites add panoramic views or separate living and sleeping areas. Most of these adult-oriented categories don't accept children, so families should check the conditions for their exact room rather than choosing by view alone.
Facilities
Guest rooms have foot massagers and bathrooms with separate washing areas. Luggage can be stored before check-in and after check-out, and paid laundry service is available. There is no coin laundry.
The swimming pool costs extra and is limited to guests aged 12 and over. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. A convenience store is across from the hotel, and three shopping centers around the station cover groceries, pharmacies, casual meals, and other everyday needs.
Dining
Seven restaurants give the hotel more dining depth than a simple overnight stop. Options span Japanese dining, teppanyaki, Chinese cooking, and a Western buffet, with breakfast served at Cache Cache. After a full day in the parks, having that variety in the hotel can save another trip for dinner.
Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet with dishes such as French toast, rice with broth and toppings, curry, grilled fish, and vegetables. Opening hours and meal plans can vary, so check whether breakfast is included before planning an early park departure.
Location and transport
The direct walkway to Shin-Urayasu Station is especially helpful with luggage. Keiyo and Musashino Line trains reach Maihama in about three minutes, while faster direct services reach Tokyo Station in about 17 minutes. Travel times depend on the train.
The complimentary Partner Hotel bus runs from the main entrance to stops at both Disney parks. Reservations aren't required, and the ride usually takes about 15 to 17 minutes. Traffic or a full-capacity departure can mean a longer wait, so the three-minute JR trip to Maihama remains a useful alternative.
Airport access
Paid Airport Limousine buses connect the hotel with Haneda and Narita airports. These are scheduled public coaches rather than complimentary hotel-operated shuttles, and road traffic can affect journey times. Check the latest timetable before relying on one for a flight.
Rail is another option. Reaching Shin-Urayasu from either airport requires transfers, but once you arrive on the Keiyo or Musashino Line, the covered walkway simplifies the final stage.
Why stay here
The one-minute station connection eases luggage-heavy arrivals, while the free park bus avoids a transfer at Maihama on most Disney days. Larger family and group rooms broaden the options beyond couples, and the upper-floor Premium Doors categories offer a different experience for two.
Nearby malls are handy for picking up breakfast items, children's supplies, or a casual meal between outings. The tradeoff is distance from the parks: shuttle journeys can be delayed by traffic, and sightseeing in western or northern Tokyo takes longer than it would from a central neighborhood.
Good to know
The park bus doesn't accept reservations and may depart once it reaches capacity. When timing is tight, the JR train to Maihama is often more predictable.
The hotel has announced a short closure in January 2027, with some operating hours also subject to change around that period. Confirm the dates and affected services if your stay falls then.
