The hotel also provides a shuttle between the hotel and the Nagoya Station side; the service pattern differs between weekends, holidays, and weekdays.

For Central Japan International Airport, the access route uses a Meitetsu airport train to Meitetsu Nagoya in about 28 minutes, followed by the walk to the hotel. For Nagoya Airport, the route uses an airport limousine bus to Meitetsu Nagoya in about 20 minutes, followed by the same station-side walk.
