Overview
Oakwood OIMACHI TRACKS Tokyo is designed exclusively for stays of 30 nights or more. The serviced residence occupies floors 15 to 17 of OIMACHI TRACKS and connects to Oimachi Station by a pedestrian deck, about two minutes away. Its 78 apartments provide the kitchen, laundry, and workspace needed for extended stays rather than conventional short hotel visits.
Rooms
Studios measure 27 to 36 square meters and accommodate up to two guests. One-bedroom apartments range from 51 to 55 square meters. For larger households, the 80-square-meter two-bedroom apartment sleeps up to four, while the 107-square-meter three-bedroom layout sleeps up to six.
Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, a dedicated workspace, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Studios cover solo stays and couples, while the two- and three-bedroom layouts give families or colleagues separate bedrooms and more room for daily life.
Facilities
The front desk, concierge, and security operate around the clock. Beyond the apartments, residents can use a lounge, soundproof telework booths, and a shared terrace. A reservable meeting room is available on the third floor.
Utilities, Wi-Fi, and weekly housekeeping are included in monthly stays. Pets are accepted for an additional charge, while on-site parking is limited and paid.
Location and transport
The pedestrian deck is particularly convenient for the JR side of Oimachi Station. Keihin-Tohoku Line trains run toward Shinagawa and Tokyo in one direction, and Kamata and Kawasaki in the other. The Rinkai Line serves Odaiba and continues toward Shibuya and Shinjuku, while the Tokyu Oimachi Line is useful for Jiyugaoka and Futako-tamagawa.
Not every platform is equally close. Tokyu and Rinkai services use separate fare gates, so allow time to find the correct entrance when transferring among the three railways.
Airport access
Scheduled public buses run from the OIMACHI TRACKS North Rotary to all three Haneda Airport terminals. This isn't a hotel shuttle, and journey times can vary with road traffic. The rail alternative is to take the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line to Shinagawa and transfer to the Keikyu Line for Haneda.
Narita Airport requires a transfer. If you're traveling with substantial luggage, compare the available rail and bus routes for your arrival time rather than assuming there's a direct hotel service.
Why stay here
The 30-night minimum shapes the entire stay. Full kitchens, in-room laundry, work facilities, and multi-bedroom apartments support relocation, project work, and extended family visits, while three railways keep trips across Tokyo manageable without giving up residential conveniences.
The wider Tokyo-Oimachi setting adds shops, restaurants, an eight-screen cinema, wellness facilities, and public spaces within OIMACHI TRACKS. That variety matters on ordinary days when dinner, groceries, or entertainment close to home are more appealing than another train journey.
Good to know
Stays shorter than 30 nights aren't accepted, and housekeeping is weekly rather than daily. Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and checkout is before noon.
Pet stays carry an additional charge, and parking is both limited and paid. The public Haneda bus can be convenient when its schedule fits, but it shouldn't be mistaken for a private airport transfer.
