Overview
Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi is located in Kyobashi, between the Tokyo Station, Ginza, and Nihonbashi areas. It works well for travelers who want the Yaesu side of Tokyo Station within walking distance while keeping Kyobashi Station, Takaracho, and Ginza-side subway access close by.
Rooms
Rooms range from standard double layouts to twin, triple, accessible, superior, and junior-suite categories. The smallest published standard double is 18.0 square meters, while larger layouts include a 31.7-square-meter triple room, a 35.3-square-meter superior twin, and a 58.8-square-meter junior suite. Room design follows the hotel’s Kyobashi Modern concept, with Edo-inspired details rather than a purely generic business-hotel look.
Facilities
The hotel has free Wi-Fi throughout the building, a guest lounge on the second floor, coin laundry and a microwave on the third floor, laundry service, and a smoking area. The guest lounge offers self-service coffee, tea, Japanese tea, and snacks for overnight guests. The hotel does not have its own parking area, so drivers need to plan around nearby paid parking or arrive by rail.
Dining
Cafe THE LOUNGE serves a Japanese and Western breakfast buffet with about 60 items. The breakfast menu highlights Edo and downtown Tokyo flavors, including Fukagawa-meshi, alongside Western dishes and bread. The same venue also lists weekday lunch service, while the guest lounge operates separately for hotel guests later in the day.
Location and transport
Kyobashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line is about two minutes on foot from the hotel, making it the simplest subway reference. JR Tokyo Station’s Yaesu Central Entrance is about five minutes away, and the Yaesu underground mall has an exit about one minute from the hotel. Takaracho Station on the Toei Asakusa Line, Nihonbashi Station, and Ginza-itchome Station are also within the surrounding station network, so the hotel is stronger for east-central Tokyo access than for staying inside a terminal complex.
Airport access
Haneda Airport access can work through Takaracho Station on the Toei Asakusa Line or through Tokyo Station using the Tokyo Monorail and JR lines. Narita Airport access is mainly through Tokyo Station by Narita Express or airport bus. These are nearby station and bus routes rather than hotel-door transfers, so travelers with heavy luggage should choose the arrival path carefully.
Why stay here
Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi makes the most sense for travelers who want Tokyo Station close enough for Shinkansen and airport routes, but also want a Kyobashi, Ginza, and Nihonbashi base with several subway choices nearby. It is a better fit for rail-connected city stays than for travelers who need direct station-gate access from a terminal hotel.
Good to know
Use Kyobashi Station for the most direct subway access and Tokyo Station for Shinkansen, Narita Express, JR lines, and airport bus routes. The hotel’s location is walkable to both, but exit choice around Tokyo Station and the Yaesu underground area can affect how simple the walk feels with luggage.
