Overview

For outings to Shibuya and Shinjuku, Mitsui Garden Hotel Gotanda is a three-minute walk from Gotanda Station on the Yamanote Line. The lobby and terrace on the 15th floor overlook the city. The guest baths are one floor above.

Rooms

All rooms are nonsmoking, with double, twin, and three-bed layouts. The 24-square-metre Standard three-bed room has three individual beds. Deluxe twins provide more space at 36.8 square metres.

Facilities

Indoor and open-air baths on the 16th floor are free for hotel guests. The men's outdoor bath has city views, while trees surround the women's outdoor bath. Guests with tattoos may use the baths.

Coin-operated laundry is on the same floor, so you can wash clothes during a longer stay.

Dining

Tanto Tanto The Gardens serves an Italian and Japanese breakfast buffet, including kiln-baked pizza and made-to-order omelettes. The first-floor restaurant also opens for Italian lunch and dinner.

Location and transport

The JR East Exit and the Toei Asakusa Line's A3 exit at Gotanda Station are both three minutes away on foot. Yamanote Line trains connect with Shinagawa Station for the Tokaido Shinkansen, while the subway provides a route toward Higashi-ginza and Asakusa.

Airport access

From Haneda Airport, take Keikyu to Shinagawa and change to the Yamanote Line for Gotanda. From Narita Airport, take the Narita Express to Shinagawa and change to the Yamanote Line for Gotanda. Both routes require a change at Shinagawa.

Why stay here
