Overview
Private balconies are standard at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba, beside AQUA CiTY ODAIBA on the Tokyo Bay waterfront. The hotel connects directly to Daiba Station, though sightseeing in central Tokyo still involves a train journey.
Rooms
Standard Hilton rooms measure 33 square metres and face either Shiokaze Park or the port toward Shinagawa. Rainbow Bridge-side rooms measure 40 square metres, and family rooms measure 80 square metres.
Room category determines the view. If seeing Rainbow Bridge from your balcony matters, don't book a standard Hilton room. Selected twin rooms can accommodate three or four guests with extra beds, so check the bed arrangement as well as the maximum occupancy.
Facilities
An Spa Tokyo has an indoor heated pool, an outdoor whirlpool, and saunas. Admission costs extra unless it's included in your room plan. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult, and swimwear is required.
The gym is free for hotel guests.
Dining
Seascape Terrace Dining serves a Japanese and Western breakfast buffet, including brioche French toast. Lunch and dinner buffets are also available, with bay views from the dining room and terrace. Guests can also order room service.
Location and transport
From Daiba Station, Yurikamome trains run to Shimbashi for connections with JR and subway services. Trains in the opposite direction serve the Tokyo Big Sight area and Toyosu.
Tokyo Teleport Station is about ten minutes away on foot. Rinkai Line through trains run directly to Shibuya and Shinjuku, so compare that route with changing at Shimbashi when planning your day.
Airport access
Direct limousine buses connect the hotel with Haneda and Narita airports. Fares apply, and reservations are required. Allow for road traffic and confirm that the timetable works with your flight.
Why stay here
The free shuttle to Tokyo Disney Resort lets guests combine park days with an Odaiba stay. Seats are limited, so reserve ahead. The hotel is in Odaiba, not within the resort.
Around Tokyo-Odaiba, you can walk beside the bay at Odaiba Marine Park or shop and dine at AQUA CiTY ODAIBA. DECKS Tokyo Beach also has indoor attractions, including Tokyo Joypolis and Legoland Discovery Center Tokyo, when you'd rather stay out of the rain.
Good to know
Phased renovations are under way during 2026 and 2027 while the hotel remains open. Before booking, check which rooms and facilities may be affected on your dates.
Check-in begins at 3pm, and checkout is by noon unless your room plan states otherwise.
