Transport access and hotel guide

Overview

Hilton Nagoya is about three minutes from Nagoya Fushimi Station, with Nagoya Station one subway stop to the west and Sakae one stop to the east. That keeps Shinkansen and airport-rail connections one transfer away while Sakae's shopping and evening streets remain nearby.

This is a full-service stay in Nagoya-Fushimi / Marunouchi, rather than a compact room beside the main rail hub. An indoor pool, executive lounge, meeting spaces, and several places to eat give guests more reasons to spend time at the hotel, while the subway covers most trips across central Nagoya.

Rooms

All 460 rooms measure more than 30 square meters and feature modern Japanese details inspired by Nagoya Castle. Standard categories come in king and twin layouts, while confirmed connecting rooms let families or groups book separate bedrooms without being split across the hotel.

Space is a real advantage here. Executive rooms and suites add lounge access, although the exact benefits depend on the room category and rate. If lounge entry or a particular bed setup matters, check the full room name before booking.

Facilities

The indoor pool and fitness center add a leisure element that many central business hotels lack. Tennis facilities and massage treatments are also available.

Substantial meeting, conference, and banquet spaces support business and group stays. Concierge assistance, room service, and covered parking also help with the practical side of a longer visit.

Dining

In Place 3-3 serves the breakfast buffet alongside all-day meals, afternoon tea, and dessert buffets. Breakfast costs extra unless it's included in the selected rate.

Genji serves Japanese cooking, including teppanyaki, tempura, and kaiseki, while Dynasty specializes in Chinese cuisine. Cafe 3-3 covers coffee and bakery items, and Hideaway 3-3 offers live jazz and Japanese whisky in the evening. That range means a late return from sightseeing or a night after meetings doesn't leave room service as the only in-house option.

Location and transport

Exit 7 of Nagoya Fushimi Station is about three minutes away on foot. The Higashiyama Line runs one stop west to Nagoya Station and one stop east to Sakae, while the Tsurumai Line provides direct subway trips toward Marunouchi and Osu Kannon.

Fushimi has no JR, Meitetsu, or Shinkansen platforms. Use the Higashiyama Line for long-distance trains at Nagoya Station, or take a taxi when luggage makes the change awkward. The main rail district is about a 15-minute walk away, but walking is rarely the easiest option with bags.

Airport access

Reaching Centrair requires a transfer. Take the Higashiyama Line one stop to Nagoya Station, then continue from the separate Meitetsu Nagoya platforms by airport train. The fastest Mu Sky services take about 28 minutes from Meitetsu Nagoya.

The hotel doesn't currently operate an airport shuttle. Allow extra time to move between the subway and Meitetsu areas at Nagoya Station, particularly with large luggage or a reserved Mu Sky departure.

Why stay here

Rooms larger than 30 square meters, an indoor pool, and several dining venues give a multi-night visit more breathing room than a compact station-side stay. Fushimi keeps the major transport choices straightforward: travel one subway stop for Shinkansen and Centrair connections, or head one stop in the opposite direction for Sakae.

The district also brings a cultural side to the stay. Misonoza is close to the hotel, while the Nagoya City Science Museum and Nagoya City Art Museum share the Shirakawa Park area within walking distance. Fushimi feels more contained than Sakae, but the larger shopping district is still only a quick subway ride away.

Good to know

Hilton Nagoya is not beside Nagoya Station. Shinkansen departures and airport trains require a subway ride followed by a change of station area, so build in extra time rather than treating Fushimi as part of the main rail complex.

Breakfast isn't included with every rate, and executive lounge access depends on the room category booked. Pet-friendly rooms are limited to the applicable package and have a stated weight restriction.
