Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Dojimahama Premier is scheduled to open on February 26, 2027, beside the Dojima River in Osaka's Kita Ward. The 220-room hotel will occupy floors 25 to 31. Reservations opened on August 26, 2026.
Guest rooms will average approximately 30 square meters. Options will include rooms with balconies or baths with views, plus two 65-square-meter Junior Suite Corner Twins. Some guest rooms will have views of Osaka Castle.
The room lineup includes 65 Superior King rooms with daybeds, each measuring 30 square meters and accommodating up to three guests. Deluxe corner rooms will also sleep three, while connecting rooms will be available for families and groups. Five accessible double rooms will each measure 30.6 square meters.
On the 25th floor, a terrace will overlook the Dojima River. The guest lounge will have large windows and serve complimentary coffee and tea. Other facilities will include a laundry room and a fitness room with NOHRD exercise equipment made with natural wood.
BABEL, a restaurant and bar operated by Zetton, will also open on the 25th floor. Its facilities will include a terrace, a wine bar with an adjoining wine shop, and a main bar and dining area fitted with Tannoy Westminster speakers. The menu will focus on grilled dishes, including T-bone and tomahawk steaks.
Breakfast will combine a choice of main dish with a buffet of salads and fruit. Main options will include egg dishes, Japanese-style meals, grilled sandwiches, and vegan dishes.
The hotel will be at 2-1-9 Dojimahama, Kita Ward, Osaka. It is approximately a ten-minute walk from JR Osaka Station and six minutes from both JR Kitashinchi Station and Nishi-Umeda Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line.
