MIMARU Osaka Shinsaibashi Central

Publication date:

MIMARU Osaka Shinsaibashi Central will open on September 1, 2026, in Osaka’s Shinsaibashi shopping district. The 12-story apartment hotel will have 66 guest rooms designed for families with children, multigenerational families and groups of friends.

Rooms measure at least 40 square meters and accommodate four or six guests. Half the rooms can sleep up to six people, and options include superior one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom family apartments.

Every room will have a kitchen and dining area, along with a refrigerator, microwave and cooking utensils. Guests can bring back ingredients or prepared dishes bought in the neighborhood and eat together in their apartment. A washer-dryer in each room will also allow guests to do laundry during longer stays or trips with children.

A new bunk-bed room type emphasizes individual sleeping spaces within a shared room. Its design is intended to appeal to children while also providing accommodation for groups of friends.

The hotel will have a lobby and terrace, and an international staff team will be available to help guests with travel questions.

Dotonbori and Amerikamura are within walking distance. The hotel is at 1-9-27 Nishishinsaibashi in Osaka’s Chuo Ward, a two-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line.
