Free shuttle buses connect Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Shinkan with Terminals 1 and 2 at Narita Airport. It's a straightforward overnight stop before an early flight or after a late arrival, without the extra trip into central Narita.
Airport transfers shape the stay. Breakfast starts at 5:30, self-check-in is available, and the remaining facilities focus on the essentials.
Facilities
Self-check-in kiosks and Wi-Fi cover the everyday basics. An accessible restroom is available in the lobby, while in-room features include rain showers.
Drivers have 205 paid surface parking spaces, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel is also about ten minutes by car from the Narita interchange on the Higashi-Kanto Expressway.
Dining
A free buffet breakfast runs from 5:30 to 8:00, early enough for many morning departures. Chiba-grown rice adds a regional element to the breakfast offering.
For snacks and drinks outside breakfast hours, there's a 24-hour Lawson at the Toyoko Inn Narita branch. That can be particularly helpful after a late arrival, when returning to the airport for food would be inconvenient.
Airport access
Airport-to-hotel pickups use two clearly marked stops. At Terminal 1, the bus leaves from stop No. 16 after South Exit S2. At Terminal 2, it uses stop No. 31-B across from the taxi stand. No Terminal 3 pickup is listed, so passengers arriving there should continue to Terminal 2.
Buses from the hotel normally stop at Terminal 2 and then Terminal 1. Only selected early departures add a Terminal 3 drop-off, and the shuttle doesn't collect passengers there. Rail passengers using Narita Airport Terminal 2-3 Station should follow the signs into Terminal 2 for the hotel pickup.
Why stay here
The early breakfast and free shuttle simplify an overnight flight connection, while paid parking helps when the airport journey begins or ends by car.
The tradeoff is clear. Central Narita, Omotesando, and Naritasan Shinshoji aren't outside the door, so this location favors airport logistics over an evening in the city.
Good to know
This isn't a hotel you can walk to from the airport terminals. The Shinkan and Honkan buildings share the same airport shuttle, so confirm which building you need when you arrive.
Shuttle seats are first come, first served, and buses may depart once full. Allow extra time during busy periods, especially before a morning flight or when your journey involves Terminal 3.
