Overview
Sendai Subway's North 4 exit is beside the building, while the West Exit of JR Sendai Station is three minutes away. Aoba-dori Station's Exit 1 is closer still, about one minute on foot. Reception is upstairs on the fifth floor, alongside a guest lounge that stays open until 11 each night.
This west-side location keeps Shinkansen platforms, direct airport trains, city buses, and central shopping streets within a short radius. There's little backtracking with luggage or before an early departure, and the lounge provides somewhere to pause outside the room.
Rooms
Moderate single and double rooms measure 18.1 square meters and have one 154-centimeter-wide bed. Rooms on floors six to eight feature a long work desk, while those on floors nine to eleven use a round table. Check the floor if you expect to work in your room.
Upper-floor Precious singles and doubles have the same dimensions, along with a couch and upgraded shower and hair-dryer fittings. Superior Twins provide 30.6 square meters, while Premier Twins measure 29.2 square meters. Both layouts can take an extra bed for a third guest. Some Superior Twins are accessible, and Premier Twins have large windows facing toward Sendai Station.
Facilities
The fifth-floor Premier Lounge is open to staying guests from noon until 11 each night. Coffee, tea, soft drinks, and soft-serve ice cream are complimentary during the day, with limited muffins and snacks offered in the afternoon. In the evening, each guest receives one complimentary alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink per stay. A duck-soba night snack is served from 20:00 to 22:00, limited to 80 portions.
Coin laundry helps with longer stays, and a meeting room accommodates small groups. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but discounted arrangements are available at nearby public garages.
Dining
Breakfast is served in the lounge from 6:30 to 10:00, with last entry at 9:30. The Japanese and Western buffet highlights several regional dishes, including harako rice made with Miyagi-grown Hitomebore, sasa-kamaboko fish cakes, and Yamagata-style imoni.
For lunch and dinner, restaurants around the station and along the west-side shopping arcades keep plans flexible without requiring a long trip across town.
Location and transport
The three nearby rail entrances play different roles. JR Sendai Station handles the Tohoku Shinkansen, direct airport trains, and regional JR services. Aoba-dori Station is convenient for Senseki Line departures, while the subway entrance beside the building shortens trips around central Sendai.
West Exit bus stops are also close. They serve the Loople Sendai sightseeing bus and other city routes, while taxis and the central shopping arcades are on the same side of the rail complex.
Airport access
Sendai Airport Access Line trains run directly from Sendai Airport to JR Sendai Station in about 25 minutes, with rapid services taking about 17 minutes. From there, the hotel is about three minutes away on foot, with no second train or bus required.
Why stay here
A Shinkansen arrival, early train, or airport transfer is simpler when the station is three minutes away and a subway exit is beside the building. The lounge extends the usable space beyond the room, while desk-equipped Moderate rooms and larger three-person twins support different stay patterns without the scale of a full-service hotel.
Five of the six shopping arcades west of Sendai Station are covered. They stretch from the station toward downtown with restaurants, department stores, local snacks, and souvenir shops, providing an easy evening option even in poor weather.
Good to know
Reception is on the fifth floor rather than at street level. Drivers must use a nearby public garage, and discounted spaces may fill on weekends, holidays, and other busy dates.
Demolition beside the hotel is scheduled through June 30, 2027. Daytime and overnight work may cause noise or vibration. A full-building power outage is planned from 14:00 to 19:00 on February 8, 2027, when check-in will begin at 19:00. Reservations for June and July 2027 are currently paused while the hotel finalizes dates for generator-replacement work that will require a closure.
