Overview
REGIONIA by Quintessa Sapporo Sta Front lies between the rail district and central Sapporo's main sights. JR Sapporo Station is about six minutes away on foot, while the Toho Line station and Exit 3 of the Namboku Line station are each about three minutes away. Regional trains, airport rail, and two city subway lines are within a short walk.
The hotel is on the eastern side of the Sapporo Station Area. Sapporo Clock Tower is about 10 minutes away, while Odori Park and the TV Tower are about nine minutes away, so you can begin exploring central Sapporo without taking another train.
Rooms
The hotel has 175 rooms, ranging from a compact 13-square-meter Standard Double to twin and triple categories. The largest is a 50-square-meter Premium Triple that accommodates up to six guests.
Maximum occupancy doesn't always reflect the standard bed layout. The Standard Twin accommodates four guests by using sofa beds, while another category adds an extra bed to a triple layout. Groups should check the exact sleeping arrangement before booking.
Facilities
Four coin-operated laundry machines on the third floor help with longer stays. A microwave and ice machine are on the second floor, while vending machines are available on the second and fifth floors. Check-in begins at 15:00, and checkout is at 11:00.
Dining
Breakfast centers on live cooking. Counters prepare sushi from a choice of 13 varieties and hot teppan dishes such as jingisukan and beef. A ramen station offers three soup styles, two noodle choices, and a selection of toppings.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00. Made-to-order dishes and Hokkaido ingredients give the morning meal more character than a standard business-hotel buffet.
Location and transport
JR services from Sapporo Station connect with Otaru and longer journeys across Hokkaido. Within the city, the Namboku and Toho subway lines both serve Sapporo and continue one stop south to Odori.
JR Tower occupies the station's south entrance complex, where shops, restaurants, and an observation deck can fill time before a train. In the opposite direction, Sapporo Clock Tower, Odori Park, and the TV Tower are all within walking distance of the hotel.
Airport access
Airport trains run directly between New Chitose Airport and Sapporo Station. The fastest services take about 33 minutes, while trains with different stopping patterns take longer. From the JR station, the final six-minute walk to the hotel is outdoors.
Why stay here
Twin and triple categories give families and groups options for staying together near JR and subway connections. Solo travelers and couples can choose the smaller Standard Double when floor space matters less than location.
Station shopping, Sapporo Clock Tower, Odori Park, and the TV Tower are easy stops on an arrival or departure day. None requires a cross-city trip from the hotel.
Good to know
The hotel is neither inside nor directly connected to Sapporo Station. The outdoor approach matters when you're carrying luggage in snow or rain. Rooms listed for four to six guests may use sofa beds or an extra bed, so confirm the sleeping arrangement before booking.
