Overview
Facing Odori Park, Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo is one minute from Odori Station via Exit 2. Its central Sapporo-Odori setting comes with a top-floor public bath and a direct airport bus stop in front of the hotel.
All three subway lines serve Odori Station, helping first-time visitors explore the city without a long walk to the trains. After an event in the park, guests can unwind in the bath and enjoy views of the greenery and city lights from its rest area.
Rooms
All guest rooms are non-smoking. Standard singles and doubles are compact at roughly 15 square meters, while economy and Parkside twins give two or three guests more room. The 46-square-meter Japanese-Western room accommodates groups of up to four with two beds, two futons, and a separate bathroom and toilet.
Choose the room category carefully if the outlook matters. Only the Parkside double, Parkside twin or triple, and Japanese-Western categories face Odori Park. Standard singles and other room types don't guarantee that view.
Facilities
The guest-only public bath is on the top floor. It opens from 15:00 to 02:00 and again from 06:00 to 10:00, and its rest area overlooks Odori Park and Sapporo's night skyline. The bath is reserved for overnight guests.
Coin laundry machines on the same floor come in handy on longer trips. A microwave, vending machines, and an ice machine cover other everyday needs. Drivers can use the 36-space mechanical car park, though spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and vehicle-size limits apply.
Dining
Il Chianti Sapporo serves a first-floor breakfast buffet with about 30 dishes. Local ingredients appear across its Japanese and Western choices, providing a more substantial start than a simple continental spread.
The restaurant also serves Italian food at lunch and dinner. For meals elsewhere, the streets around Odori and the covered Tanukikoji arcade have plenty of restaurants and cafes within the central walking area.
Location and transport
Odori Station is one minute away via Exit 2. The Namboku, Tozai, and Toho lines all stop there, allowing direct subway trips in several directions without first returning to the main JR rail hub.
Sapporo Station is about 15 minutes away on foot or one subway stop from Odori. Odori Park begins across the road, while the Sapporo TV Tower, Clock Tower, Tanukikoji, and Susukino are spread across the surrounding central district.
Airport access
A direct airport shuttle bus connects New Chitose Airport with the stop in front of the hotel in about 90 minutes. Tickets are sold at the airport bus counter and the hotel front desk. It's the simplest option with luggage if you'd prefer to avoid a rail transfer, although traffic, road conditions, and weather can extend the journey.
JR Airport trains are the faster scheduled alternative, reaching Sapporo Station in as little as 33 minutes. From there, take the subway one stop to Odori and walk for one minute, or continue to the hotel on foot in about 15 minutes.
Why stay here
Park scenery, immediate subway access, and a public bath make an uncommon combination in central Sapporo. The direct airport bus adds another clear advantage, particularly on arrival or departure days with larger bags.
Odori Park hosts major seasonal events, including winter snow sculptures and summer beer gardens. Nearby Tanukikoji provides a long covered route for shopping and dining, a welcome option when rain or snow makes outdoor plans less appealing.
Good to know
An Odori Park view isn't automatic. Reserve one of the specified park-facing categories if the outlook is important, and compare room layouts as well as bed counts because the standard rooms are noticeably more compact than the Japanese-Western room.
The on-site car park can't be reserved and may fill during busy periods. The direct airport bus avoids a transfer, but its journey time is less predictable than the train.
