Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and standard check-out is at noon. The later departure can help after an evening event, though individual packages may have different terms.
Facilities
Club & Club is much more than a typical hotel gym. It combines swimming and training facilities with racquet and golf practice, plus a whirlpool, baths, and saunas. Hotel guests aged 18 or over may use the club for a fee; complimentary admission is limited to qualifying New Otani Club members with eligible direct bookings.
The outdoor Shell Pool operates seasonally, with separate dates, charges, and entry rules. Don't book solely for swimming without checking the current schedule. Other guest services include concierge assistance, currency exchange, luggage handling, delivery, and laundry, while shops and outdoor parking are also available.
Dining
SATSUKI provides all-day dining and serves the main breakfast buffet. Japanese, Chinese, sushi, and teppanyaki restaurants broaden the choice. Lounges, a cake shop, and room service cover lighter meals and drinks. Bay Court Cafe occupies an upper floor and looks across the surrounding district.
There's enough variety to dine inside throughout a conference stay. Opening hours, fixed closing days, and reservation requirements differ, however, so not every venue operates daily.
Location and transport
The walk from the south side of Kaihimmakuhari Station takes about five minutes. From the hotel, a second-floor route continues toward Makuhari Messe and avoids street-level crossings for much of the convention walk. The deck entrances close during published overnight hours, so very early or late arrivals must use the ground-level route.
Faster JR Keiyo Line services reach Tokyo Station in roughly 30 minutes, while Maihama is about 17 minutes away by rail. The hotel is also a Tokyo Disney Resort Good Neighbor Hotel. Its complimentary guest shuttle serves both parks, normally takes around 30 minutes, and requires advance booking.
Airport access
Paid limousine coaches for Haneda and Narita airports call at the hotel's east entrance. Estimated journey times are about 70 minutes from Haneda and 60 minutes from Narita, although road conditions can extend either trip.
The hotel doesn't accept seat reservations for these airport services. Check the latest operator timetable, ticketing rules, and airport terminal order before travel, especially for an early flight. Rail alternatives are available, but trips from both airports require transfers before the final five-minute walk from Kaihimmakuhari Station.
Why stay here
The deck route toward Makuhari Messe, five-minute station walk, direct airport coaches, and broad dining choice take much of the friction out of a conference or event stay.
Families can also combine Makuhari with a Disney day when the complimentary reserved shuttle matches their schedule. The tradeoff is the distance from central Tokyo nightlife and the parks themselves. This is a Makuhari hotel with a Disney connection, not a resort beside the park gates.
