Overview
A free shuttle puts Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport about 15 to 20 minutes from Narita Airport. With 548 rooms, several places to eat, and a large health club, the hotel is well equipped for both short airport stays and longer layovers.
The hotel is in Kosuge, a short drive from the airport terminals but beyond walking distance of them and the airport rail stations. Every flight-day transfer requires the shuttle, a taxi, or a car.
Rooms
Rooms range from 25 to 105 square metres, starting with queen and twin guest rooms and extending to renovated Superior categories, Deluxe rooms, Junior Suites, and larger suites. The extra floor space is welcome when you're traveling with full-size luggage or staying for more than one night.
Some categories have airport views. Connecting rooms and layouts that accept an extra bed give families and small groups more flexibility. Renovated in 2025, the Superior and Superior Deluxe rooms have updated layouts, bedside outlets, and dedicated luggage space.
Facilities
The basement health club has a 25-metre indoor pool with four lanes, a jet bath, saunas, and a large bath. The gym is available at any time, but guests pay extra to use the pool, jet bath, saunas, and bath. Swimming caps are required in the pool.
There are also 18 meeting rooms and parking for 350 vehicles, most of it covered. This makes the hotel a workable option for conferences and trips that begin or end by car.
Dining
Terrace Restaurant serves international dishes from an open kitchen throughout the day. Matsukaze serves Japanese dishes and teppanyaki, while the bar and room service give late arrivals alternatives that don't require another trip outside.
A cafe and patisserie cover lighter meals, coffee, and pastries. Since the hotel isn't in a walkable restaurant district, this range of on-site dining matters more than it would in central Narita. Check current venue hours if you're arriving late or leaving early.
Location and transport
The hotel is on the airport side of Narita rather than in the city centre. A free shuttle also runs to the East Exit of JR Narita Station in about 20 minutes, so guests don't have to spend the entire stay near the airport.
Central Narita has restaurants and the Omotesando approach to Naritasan Shinshoji. The temple is about ten minutes on foot from the JR and Keisei stations, but any outing from the hotel needs to account for the return shuttle and your flight schedule.
Airport access
The free hotel shuttle picks up at bus stop 16 outside Terminal 1 and bus stop 26 outside Terminal 2. Rail passengers using Terminals 2 or 3 arrive through Narita Airport Terminal 2-3 Station before continuing to the appropriate hotel bus stop.
Seats are limited. Check the current timetable, pickup point, and your airline terminal before traveling, especially for an early departure or late arrival. A taxi is the simplest fallback when the shuttle schedule doesn't work.
Why stay here
This hotel works best for travelers who want a dependable airport shuttle without giving up full-service facilities. Larger rooms, on-site meals, and a 24-hour gym make a long layover or a final night in Japan more comfortable.
The JR Narita shuttle also makes a visit to Omotesando or Naritasan Shinshoji possible when the schedule allows. This isn't a location for walking into town, and transfers take longer than they would from a hotel inside an airport terminal.
Good to know
Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport is neither inside the airport nor beside a rail station. Build the shuttle ride into your flight-day plan, and remember that the pool and other wet facilities carry an additional guest fee even though gym use is included.
