Overview
Just a one-minute walk from Bayside Station, Hilton Tokyo Bay is one of Tokyo Disney Resort's six official hotels. Free shuttles run to the station and Maihama Station, while the paid resort monorail serves Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea.
This is a park-first stay. The 828 rooms face either the resort or Tokyo Bay, and the choice of conventional, themed, and high-capacity categories gives families and groups plenty of flexibility.
Rooms
Hilton and Deluxe rooms measure 35 square metres on the park side and 40 square metres on the ocean side, with most layouts accommodating two to four guests. Deluxe rooms are on higher floors, while Executive and Executive Select categories include executive-lounge access. Executive Select rooms also have separate bath, toilet, and washbasin areas.
Happy Magic rooms follow an original forest-themed story and sleep three or four guests. Family Happy Magic rooms add bunk beds and accommodate five or six, while the larger Happy Magic Suite also sleeps up to six. Book the exact category rather than assuming every themed room has the same capacity or view.
Facilities
The fitness center is free for registered guests. The 17-metre indoor pool operates year-round, but reservations are required and access is chargeable for many room categories. Eligible Executive and Suite guests and qualifying Hilton Honors members can use it without the additional fee.
Spa treatments, a sauna, and an outdoor garden pool provide further leisure options, though some are seasonal or cost extra. A 24-hour Lawson convenience store and coin laundromat are helpful during longer family stays, and the hotel also has an on-site Disney shop, children's amenities, and play spaces.
Dining
Forest Garden serves buffet meals, including breakfast, while Dynasty specializes in Chinese cuisine. Silva combines a bar lounge with afternoon sweets, Lounge O focuses on desserts, and Bean by the Bay provides coffee and light cafe fare.
The outdoor Garden Pool Restaurant is seasonal and requires advance reservations. Opening days and meal periods vary across the hotel, so check the current schedule if dining at a particular venue matters.
Location and transport
Bayside Station is about one minute away on foot, and a frequent free hotel shuttle covers the same route. From there, the Disney Resort Line serves both parks and Resort Gateway Station beside JR Maihama. The monorail fare is separate.
A free direct shuttle reaches Maihama Station in about seven minutes under normal traffic conditions. It's convenient with luggage, but buses can run late after park closing and the timetable may change without notice. JR trains connect Maihama with Tokyo Station in about 15 minutes.
Airport access
Airport limousine buses can serve the hotel from both Haneda and Narita, although schedules are limited. Airport-bound services depart from the main entrance and require advance reservations, and road traffic can affect journey times.
Rail is the fallback when the bus schedule doesn't match your flight. Routes from both airports require transfers before reaching Maihama, followed by either the hotel shuttle or resort monorail.
Why stay here
A full day in the parks is easier when the return trip is a short monorail ride, and the larger room categories are especially helpful for groups of five or six that might otherwise need two standard rooms. The tradeoff is distance from central Tokyo's nightlife and citywide sightseeing.
The wider resort also supports a second day at the other park or time at Ikspiari. If the itinerary mainly involves museums, neighborhood dining, and daily sightseeing across Tokyo, staying in the city center will be more convenient.
Good to know
Check-in begins at 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00. Children aged six and older are charged at the adult rate and must be included in the booked guest count.
The entire hotel is scheduled to close from 15:00 on January 18 until 07:00 on January 19, 2027, for a legally required electrical inspection. Restaurant and facility arrangements around the closure are due to be announced separately.
